Amazing Amy's Closet is a wardrobe-cataloguing and outfit-suggestion app. We designed it to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what the app accesses and why.
Photos. When you add or import garments, you choose photos through Apple's system photo picker. Selected images are stored locally within the app's own data and are used only to display your wardrobe. They are not uploaded anywhere by the app. Image analysis (background removal and the category/colour guesses) runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
Location. If you enable it, the app uses your location to show local weather and to tailor outfit and packing suggestions. Location is sent to Apple WeatherKit to retrieve a forecast; the app does not store your location or share it with anyone else. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. Apple's handling of this request is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Notifications. With your permission, the app may send local notifications (for example, when a trip's packing list changes with the latest forecast). These are generated on your device; no push server is involved.
Feedback. If you use "Contact us," the app opens your email app with a message pre-addressed to the developer. Sending it is your choice, and the email is then handled by your email provider and received by the developer.
Amazing Amy's Closet is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
